Whether it’s pain, fatigue, poor posture, stress or anxiety, we all have an ailment that makes day to day life that little bit more difficult. Whatever is holding you back, it might be time to consider massage therapy.

I qualified as a massage therapist in 2012, and have been helping people overcome a range of issues ever since. From chronic pain, to stress and anxiety to poor sleeping patterns, massage therapy is known for reducing pain, promoting relaxation in the body and mind and boosting general health and well-being.

The most important thing is to find out what’s going to be best for you. We are all individuals, and so that’s why it’s important to explore what your problem is and why it’s happening before we decide on the best treatment. Before I work with anyone, we will complete an initial assessment to make sure we’re finding the right therapy for your needs.

My qualification is Level 5 BTEC Professional Diploma in Clinical Sport & Remedial Massage.
